    Default Puritan's Pride Vitamins?

Does anyone here order their vitamins from Puritan's Pride? Vitamins are so expensive and they seem to have really low prices, I'm just wondering what someone thinks of their quality.

    Thanks!

My honest opinion on these vitamins is that they are not the best of quality. I used to purchase them years ago but once I really started doing research on quality supplements and what to look for I realized that Puritan Pride was not a good choice for my family. if you are looking for a good deal on your supplements and quality that you can trust I suggest going to www.vitacost.com and looking at the NSI supplements. Also, OLA LOA is an excellent choice as a vitamin mineral supplement. Vitacost sells this at a nice reduced price! Look for supplements that are not synthetic and have no fillers! Synthetics can be just as bad as taking a prescription drug because the bodies cells do not recognize synthetics and treat them as poison.

When I have some time this week I will post some more information here on how to shop for supplements.

I've been ordering from Puritan's Pride for about a year because the reviews were good.

Country Bumpkin: Could you please elaborate on what made you decide to stop buying from them?

    Hi Muse,
Here is a good interview taken from the www.naturalnews.com website. It explanis in detail why for example it is important to take the nonsynthetic form of vitamin B12. So many people are taking supplements that contain the synthetic form and they are not getting any benefits from them.

Sure they may have good reviews, but how many of those reviews are from people who are really knowledgeable on quality supplements? I alway's thought that I knew alot about supplements but when I really started to do my research on them I realized then that I had a lot to learn as far as quality vs nonquality. And it has made a tremendous difference in our families health. Muse, I hope this helps you!

i'm ordering my vitamins and supplements from Maxalife. i heard about puritan's low prices but i'm still skeptical about how effective it is and its ingredients that's why i just opted for Maxalife. their prices are not too expensive but i'm sure of the ingredients.

I really like the Biogenesis vitamins when I can get them. They don't seem to make me as nauseous as most of them do.
