    Your thyroid is a small, butterfly-shaped gland in the front of your neck.     Thanks! Though, do note that it says that if you don't have any thyroid problems there is no need to limit these foods.

    Your more than welcome, everyone! I do not have any thyroid problems so I can still enjoy these and eat them raw too.
