Default Tony Snow Dies Following Chemotherapy for Colon Cancer (opinion)

    http://www.naturalnews.com/z023626.html

Disclaimer....Countrybumpkin does not necessarily agree with all of Mike Adam's views on the Bush regime! WOW!!!!!!!!

(NaturalNews) To anyone keeping count, the number of high-profile personalities and celebrities dying while under the care of conventional doctors and oncologists is truly staggering. Some of the more notable deaths in recent memory include actor Heath Ledger's death following the consumption of doctor-prescribed medications, CNBC anchor Tim Russert's death while on cardiovascular medications, and even Anna Nicole Smith's death caused by a lethal combination of FDA-approved prescription medications.

Now, former White House press secretary Tony Snow has died at the young age of 53 following chemotherapy treatment for colon cancer. For reasons we will never know, Tony Snow chose the chemotherapy route in an attempt to treat his colon cancer, subjecting his body to systemic poisons that all the evidence shows produce absolutely no improvement in the five-year survival rate of colon cancer patients. And depending on the type of tumor, chemotherapy can actually accelerate the death of patients, killing them far more quickly than if they had done nothing(1).

I read somewhere that 27% of all cancer deaths are a result of Chemotherapy treatments.

Very true Dixie and perhaps even more. I am currently educating a dear friend who has been given 4 months to two years to live after being slashed and poisoned by conventional medicine. They took a kidney and then a lung and then put him on oral chemo pills. After 5 months of this chemo"treatment" he had enough of it and came to me for help. He has changed his entire lifestyle and his latest CT scan and blood tests have revealed that he is on his way to a complete recovery! He is 66 years young and going strong now! He is even back to golfing 18 holes twice a week .

I wake up each and every morning and I thank God for the knowledge that he has provided to me. I thank him for allowing me to help others learn how to get well. I know in my heart that it was never Gods intention for people to be poisoned! God would never do such a thing!
I really believe that sometimes he must just look down here and shed tears at all of the nonsense that is going on.

I've never been a big fan of traditional medicine. A lot people won't agree with me on this but sometimes, it's best to let nature take its course and look into holistic health. Traditional medical doctors treat the body and ignore the mind, conventional mental health professionals treat the mind and ignore the body. Neither one of them address the spiritual. Both of them treat symptoms with drugs or surgery rather than looking for what causes the symptom.

On the other hand, holistic health is a wellness approach that addresses the body, mind and spirit or the physical, emotional and spiritual aspects of an individual.

My thoughts and prayers are with Tony's family.

This is such a personal decision.
I saw my father die a horrible death he had cancer he had chemo treatment and it was bad... But it does help lots of people.
I am not big on traditional medicine BUT it is a personal choice.

For every person who dies, sadly, related to their chemo, there are hundreds (thousands) who are saved from it. I, being one of them. I am SO thankful!
Bought my new oven 1/08 and loving it!

My recurrent nightmare is there is no such thing as PMS, and this is my real personality.

I am a five year bc cancer survivor myself.
DH was diagnosed a shade over 4-1/2 y/o with stage 4 colon cancer. Major surgery and chemo. He is in remission.
It is entirely a matter of personal opinion, and you did say that.
I do feel my cancer was caused by drinking milk and eating beef from cows fed hormones. I will never be able to prove it, but ...
We do eat more of a vegetarian lifestyle now. Pass the soy milk made from NON genetically enhanced soybeans.
The people like Ledger and Smith had other issues than just the meds which needed to be addressed. Russert, I suspect he pushed the envelope a bit. He was in a high stress job, which did not help.
Anything, inc water, can be fatal in the wrong quantities.

I'm sure I'm in the minority here but I think it's horribly rude for the author of the article to use the death of Tony Snow to promote his line of thinking when Mr. Snow isn't even buried yet. I would be more apt to read the article if I didn't think the author was grandstanding for his own benefit. I doubt the author knew what exactly Tony Snow was doing alongside his treatment to help himself.

Pros and cons of chemo is a great subject ~ and I would be happy to read an article without all the namedropping. It's unfortunate the author chose to write it his way.
