I broke out the Urban Rebounder this morning.
Worked out on it for 30 minutes. Boy did that feel good to get some exercise.

I have 11,814 steps on my pedometer already. I took a 5 mile walk this morning. Got it done in 50 minutes.

Five miles in 50 minutes....that's not walkin' girl, that's runnin'
Good for you. I walk 4 in 45, could go a little faster but it sure makes my old bones hurt afterwards when I do.

I did upper body weights and then the Rock n Roll Stepper for 7, count em 7 minutes. I believe Tony when he says you have to work up to 15.....whew!

I went down to the hotel fitness center and worked out this morning for 30 minutes while I watched The Price is Right. :-) I love the equipment they have in there. Makes working out so much more fun.

I did 20 minutes on my elliptical machine. I'm having to work up from there - started at 7 minutes kicking my butt and now I'm at 20 so I"m pretty happy with that. I used to belong to a gym and I could go 30 minutes easily on their machines - this home one is a killer! But it's all good!
