    Default Rock n Roll Stepper

Ok, another 'cheesy' promo from Tony Little (his personality just bothers me a bit) but I have to say I think it's a great product! We ordered our's off of HSN for about the same price. It came with 2 workout videos, Fat Burning eating plan, user's manual....I had my doubts as to a) how heavy duty it would be and b) if it would give a good step workout and c) whether I could do it b/c of my hip injury. Weeeeeuuuulllll we got it today and I've had go of it and I'm thrilled. For $70 plus shipping it's a great product. It's heavy duty, has a little computer on it for counting steps and time and calorie burning (I always doubt the caloric calculations though), it's pretty easy to master (a little bit of a balancing act) and since it's side to side I can do it whereas I'm not able to do a conventional stepper due to the aforementioned hip injury. This one doesn't hurt my hip at all (!). I have to tell ya I did about 7 minutes on this and I'm pooped

    2 very enthusiastic thumbs up

That reminds me of a stationary bike we had (a knock off airodyne from Wally World). I used it some but eventully quit. So oneday I tried another type of bike that you did a rowing motion on while you pedalled, etc....I told Gripey I wanted that one. He said "why? you don't use that one we have?" I said "yeah but I think I'd enjoy not using this one more"

LOL! I stopped buying exercise equipment because every time I do, it just collects dust after about a month. They do make nice, expensive clothes racks.

~That's cool, I'm glad it's working for you! I'd love to have some fitness equipment(and a room just for that purpose!) to avoid $15 per session group Zumba(TRIPLED the price so I didn't renew!), strength training with kids climbing all over me and walking/jogging at 8:30 a night when it's still 85* and oppressive. You all might try bartering your unused equipent to get the stuff you really want.~

Keep us posted on results. I am interested to see if it really works. I like it because it is small and looks like it would store easily. If it gives you good results, I may have to get one for myself.

LOL! Sore thighs is a good indication. That is what I need it to work - my thighs and back half!
