    Default Getting Closer to My Goal!!!

    As of this morning, I only have 2.6 more pounds to lose to hit my 5 pound goal of August 8th. You may remember that my second goal was 10 pounds by September 20th. I'm not banking on it, but I'm hopefuly that I can get there sooner.

    Those of you who said that I probably wasn't eating enough were probably right.

    The only change I made this week was eating more. Actual lunches instead of snacks. And, I didn't really get to exercise this week because I was in grad school all week doing action research, sitting on my patootie. So, my metabolism must have been slowed down to a halt because I wasn't inhaling enough calories!

    So, I'm interested to see what happens next week when I go back to work and am walking again with the better eating!

    Great job!!!! Losing weight is so hard. I am a person who skips meals a lot throughout the day, I need to try to eat more to speed up my metabolism. Thanks for the remider, I will try to do that. I am sure that you will be able to meet your weight loss goals, you are already on your way. Again, congrats!!!

    I'm not sure, Michelle...

    I haven't been on the scale in a week...I honestly keep forgetting in the morning. Tomorrow morning for sure since my goal deadline is Friday!!!
