I didn't watch the video but here are my thought I try diet before meds I know if I eat certain foods I will get a migraine (processed meats) no lie if I was to eat a hot dog within an hour I would have a migraine and it is any processed meats especially but other things also. I also know if I feel a migraine coming on I can lessen it by eating a tart apple like grannie smith or a banana and grapes usually help me feel better also.

I am a huge believer in diet over meds but it doesn't work for everyone.
