    thanks for posting...everyone needs a reminder every now and then on how to relax and reduce our stress level.

    I must have some stress or eating too much nuts or chocolate. I broke out with 2 cold sores the day before christmas uggg! I usually get them this time of the year. Anyone have any remedies to get rid of them?
