This was a very good webinar and I was wondering if anyone else here signed up for it?

For those of you who did not, I have taken some really good notes and will come back later today and post a new thread on some of the new scientific things that I learned from Shane . One being that the lower your cholesterol goes, the higher chance you have of dying from a heart attack or stroke! That is pretty scary!
