    Talking Thought this was interesting...

I thought this article about walking vs. what type of neighborhood you live in was really interesting.

But I did have to laugh, when I read that their "scientific data" of people's weight was taken from their driver's licenses! I'm pretty sure my driver's license has my weight in college still on it...never felt the need to update it as my weight went up!

But it was still an interesting article!

My DL weight is within 3 pounds of my actual weight.

~My license doesn't list my weight, though my weight is the same as when I got it at 17. Did you all see the link on that page to the Google maps pedometer? I was able to figure the exact distances of my regular walking routes. Very cool!http://walking.about.com/library/walk/blgooglemap1.htm Thanks for sharing the article!~

I will never ever ever get down to my DL weight. Well, maybe when I am an old old old woman.

Ha! I might get back down to that too, after I'm old and start to shrink!

That is sooooooooo, soooooooo awesome! Thanks for sharing that site. I'm headed there right now to check it out. I've been jogging and since part of it, is a bike/foot path, I can't take the car around and see how many miles it is....so maybe I can do it this way! Thanks so much!
