Oh! I forgot to add one of my favorite snacks from when I lost my weight prior to getting pregnant. lol
I would freeze Weight Watchers yogurt cups. Then, eat from frozen... they take FOREVER to eat since they are frozen and they are low cal and taste great! You can do this with ANY yogurt and it's just great!

~I love lite ranch too. Aldi's version is super and only 80 calories per ounce. I wash and tear my lettuce(15 cals)add the dressing(80 cals) and a tablespoon of Parmesan cheese(20 cals) and shake it all up. Makes a great creamy Caesar salad for just 115 calories.
~Hot chocolate packets. These are fantastic for a sweet tooth because you can enjoy chocolate for 5 minutes instead of 5 seconds. I'm using Nestle brand right now at 80 calories per serving.
~Baked potatoes. They're just so versatile! Yesterday I had a craving for cheese fries. So I baked a potato in the microwave, cut it into strips, lightly salted it and then melted a slice of American cheese over it. It was very satisfying for only 220 calories!
~Special K with red berries cereal. I love it! Aldi sometimes has their brand of this too.
~Fruit and yogurt smoothies. If you use skim milk/yogurt you can have a yummy, healthy and filling treat for around 200 calories.
~Extra sugarfree gum. I've been chewing this for 15 years now. It's great for those times when you don't think you have the willpower to stop munching.
~Whole wheat pita chips. I use kitchen shears to cut a pita apart into 2 circles, then each circle into sixths. Then I lightly toast them under the broiler. A big bowl of 12 chips with 1/4 cup of salsa is super tasty and about 150 calories. I really like the chips for dinner with guacamole and black bean/corn salsa.
~Broiled fish. I even broil mine with 1/2 tablespoon of butter and it's still under 150 calories a serving!
~Shrimp and vegetable stir-fry. I cook with very little oil and skip the rice.
~Sorbet. This is easy to make at home and tastes very indulgent!
~Soup. Minestrone is my favorite. A cup is usually about 100 calories.~Constance
