Hi Edna,
Here is a link to purchase the protein powder shake. http://www.vitacost.com/Nutiva-Organic-HempShake and I just put four scoops into some organic rice milk (Walmart sells it for cheap) and shake it up in my blender ball cup. I purchased my cup at www.goodcausewellness.com

I used to just add hemp protein to my green smoothies, but that alway's made them so thick. Now that Nutiva has come out with the Amazon shake mix, I don't have to add the Hemp to my green smoothies anymore. I just drink one of these around noon. I love the flavor too:-)
