Weight loss...
At the beginning of April I went to my PC and had a physical... I was xxx pounds... Holy cow I did not know I weighed that much.
Tuesday of this week (about 4 months later), I went in to get my yearly exam from the GYN, and when they weighed me I had LOST 13.7 pounds!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am sooo happy and pleased with myself... Now I just need to keep the momentum going... I would love to lose 30-40 pounds by the end of the year.. Just had to share... Wish me luck.

Well done!
If you could kick in the pants the person responsible for your problems, you wouldn't be able to sit for a month.
Did you know that a 4 year student paying $20,000/year who finances their education graduates with over $103,000 in debt to start? But a student who works and pays cash and takes 6 years to graduate ends with $6,300 in their pocket! So much for "getting a head start by financing!"

No real secret, unless you call being at my mother in laws for four of the weeks in between weigh ins... DH (her son), says that she stresses me so much I lose, and DSIL says when she is there for long periods, she stresses and GAINS weight. Really all I have been doing is cutting out ALL unnecessary food. I din't realize how much extra I was eating.. Now I do.. Next thing to do is start working out. I plan on joining Curves when school starts back up here in a few weeks. Thank you to you all for your comments...

I am waiting for school to start up too so I can go walk the track at the local park (where all the kids & moms go during the summer months).

I am also considering doing some mall walking once the weather is too cold to walk outside
