    Default A good motivator...

    In one of the magazines that I subscribe to,I read that for every pound you lose, it takes 7 pounds of pressure off your knees! That means I personally have 630 pounds less pressure on my knees! I lost another .5 pound since yesterday!

    Thanks, Michelle. I've lost about 8 pounds in the last three weeks. I'm doing Weight Watchers since it's what I've had success with before and because it is the most flexible when trying to incorporate foods that are IBS-safe. I have had two doctors try to convince me to forgo WW and do "intuitive eating" -- really paying attention to when I'm hungry and eating until I'm moderately full. I tried it once and felt completely out of control. I NEED to track my points/calories daily. I find a lot of comfort doing it.
