Last year I lost 42 pounds and was feeling really good about myself but not so much now. Ugh!

For an entire 3 month period, I weighed myself every day so I could keep a handle on it and haven't done that in ages.

Well, the weight crept back on [of course!] Not all 42 pounds of it but I did gain 20 pounds of it back.

This morning was the first time that I was brave enough to check and see how much I did gain back.

I'm moving in a couple of weeks and once I do, I'm going to get busy and work on this.

I would now but I've been so stressed for the past month or so that I'm not sure I can handle one more thing right now.

When I get settled in after the move and so forth, I'll be back on here with determination to work on losing and exercising more.

My weigh-in today showed: 223.2 [Ouch!!]
