    Post Exercise Re-Start

Because I've been so upset about my cat being sick (she is a lot better now), I was unable to eat and therefore unable to exercise.
I was doing 40 minutes on the elliptical trainer at level 5. I have not exercised now since Aug 11. When I get back to it, should I start maybe a little lower as I've been off it for awhile?

    Thanks!

You could start a little less intense or do it for a little shorter of a period if you wanted to work your way back up--but you may find that you can just pick up where you were before. It hasn't been that long since you were exercising. HTH
