Thumbs up Don't forget the thrift store when thinking about workout videos and equipment

I've been building a fantastic video library workout collection from the thrift store. To date I've collected at anywhere from .25/ea. to $1, several segments of; The Firm (wow...that's all I've got to say about those....whew!), Slim in 6 (from Beach Body...haven't done these yet), Tae Bo, Assorted Yoga videos, Reebock rythmic workout, Q something or other....lol. Anyway I've noticed some Windsor Pilates (I have the starter kit, given to me by my kids for b.d.) that I want to add to as well another Tae Bo vid I don't have. I'm gonna continue to watch for the Slim in 6.

I have been watching for fitness machines as well and am constantly surprised at how many machines there are for almost nothing. I saw an eliptical for about $75. It's unbelievable. So be sure, when you're looking for some workout tools...to look at the thrift stores.

I have likewise purchased several exercise videos at the Thrift store. I am just tickled pink everytime I find one.
