Wednesday will mark 8 weeks since I started. The past couple of weeks I have been a bit lazy counting calories or not counting them at all.

I have decided to try WW Core again. I have never felt so good as I did when I went sugar-free. So much more energy, and the weight loss was regular.

WW Core focuses on lean meats, proteins, fruits & vegetables, low fat dairy, etc. Certain foods are limited to only once per day (like rice--which should be brown rice, potatoes, and cereal).
