    Default Life's little changes

    Ok, I've been doing a weight loss program for about 3 months now. I think more than the weight loss, the thing I have noticed the most is the little changes in my habits. I have gone from buying vitamin D milk to 2%, I have made myself aware of how many fruits/vegetables I eat daily, I have cut out my weekly consumption of Lays potato chips(you can't eat just one) in 1/2, I'm making a point to buy good snacks like low fat pretzels, nuts, crackers and cheese. I've noticed I read the labels more than I used to. So if I never lose another pound at least I know I'm eating healthy. What changes have you or someone else noticed about you?
