Default Can we post sizes lost if we have scale-fright?

I don't do scales anymore. I had a bad streak with them and got all weird-thinking.

But, I do mark off each size pants I've lost (being sl. pear shaped, I go by pants). I was in size (gasp, I can't believe I'm posting this) 20 jeans in the Spring, when we came up here to our cabin, and I've gone down to a very loose 18 (so far). I am eyeing 16's, and on my way! We are leaving the cabin near the end of Oct., and I am going to be in those 16's by then!

A good size jeans to be in, for me, would be about an 8 or 10. I'd settle for a 10. Onward and downward!!

    good job!

As long as how you're "weighing"/measuring yourself makes you comfy and is healthy, for you, then do what makes YOU happy and comfortable.

    keep up the good work!!

Thanks, perSue, and I just figured out where I'm supposed to post these kind of milestones----under 'Milestones'---as in 'LFL Milestones' sub-forum!

Someday I'll learn to read more thoroughly before I post.
