Lost FOUR pounds this week.........Yippee!!
I am so excited! I started walking on my treadmill this week and watching what I eat and I've already lost four pounds! I feel really good this week (other than the stuffy head and sore throat I have LOL). I'm not having cravings and the walking feels so good early in the morning!
Friday will be the real challenge. I have to work and we are having a luncheon for a guy who has worked there for 30 years. We are having Pizza Hut pizza and cake from Walmart!! OMG how hard will that be???S

~Congrats! That luncheon sounds really yummy and fattening. Have a slice of pizza and a sliver of cake then fill up on the raw veggie tray and club soda. Be strong!~

Congrats on the weightloss! On Friday just drink a huge glass of water and eat an apple before the party. Then have a piece or 2 of pizza and small piece of cake, eating very slowly. You'll be fine

WTG! That's awesome! I am on day 22 (38 more more and I get the Wii!). It's definitely getting easier. Now if I could just work on the food part....Thanks for the motivation!
