Hydrogenated Oils Should be Avoided At All Cost's
I wonder if we will ever see the day when this poison is not allowed in our food supply anymore. Whenever I go to Meijer's, I see peoples cart's (Yes, I am a cart watcher) just loaded with this garbage. But I do not fault them, as they just have no idea as to what they are ingesting. They are the victims of the food industry . Anyhow, this is a good article:-)

Yes you can get Peanut Butter without it. You just need to read labels. The Natural peanut butters tend not to have it.

There are countries in Europe (Denmark and Switzerland I believe) where trans fat (hydrogenated oil) is BANNED from food. It's truly and literally a poison and "everything in moderation" does not even apply to this because it is a modified oil made to preserve food and is absolutely unnecessary in the actual recipe of ANY food. It's disgusting that it just exists silently in our foods.
Also, don't be fooled by "0g trans fat!" on packaging, because often if you look at the actual ingredients you will see that there are still hydrogenated oils. If it's less than 1g per serving they can get away with saying "0 grams!*" (*per serving).
