    Yes, Rhonda! And D3 is the only kind I will purchase. D2 is the nasty, synthetic form that the body treats as an invader.D2 is also the kind that you will find in your cheap Walmart and drugstore vitamins. We take Carlson D3, the only form that the body makes when exposed to the sun. Most people do not even realize that whenever they are purchasing a gallon of regular milk, it is the synthetic D2 that it is fortified with. One has to be very careful when purchasing vitamins and foods, etc that have vitamin D in them. You want that natural D3, :-)

    It is quite interesting that you are posting about vitamin D right now.

    My doctor just a month ago suggested vitamin D for me at my check up.

    She did specify D3 only. I had a hard time finding this at the Pharmacy and asked for help. The manager said they didn't have that. Then said wait and took a bottle of D and turned it over and it said D3. LOL
