Shaving Your Legs
So, here's a question:
For those of you who shave your legs...how often do you shave? (or wax or Neet or whatever it is that you do) Do you tend to let things go in the winter when your legs may be more covered? Any favorite products that you use?
For those of you who don't shave, wax, hair remove, etc., your legs, tell us why.
I'm curious to hear what everyone has to say. Strange question, I know, but I'm also the girl who asked if you sneeze when you tweeze, so consider the source.

I don't wear pants, so I shave daily all year round.

Hi,
LOL, I was thinking about this kind of question this morning. When I found my shave cream bottle empty!?!?! I tend to shave in the winter, I do it about every 3-4 days and in the summer I wax 3 times a month. I like Gillette Venus for shaving and Nair wax strips for waxing.

I have to shave every other day in the summer when I am wearing shorts or capris. my hair grows so fast. I have to admit that I am not good about keeping it up in the winter time. I will let weeks go by between shaving

I use a plain old daisy razor to shave with. I don't like the smell of the chemical things like neet.Carrie

every other day in summer, once every week or two in winter. I use a Venus razor. I can't use hair remover products because of extremely sensitive skin and I'm afraid to wax!

I tear those little suckers right out with what I call my hair-ripper-outer (that's my scientific term, I can't remember what it's called.) I can go more than a month between uses. I just did it last weekend and my legs are still totally smooth. I think I've successfully stunted the hair growth. It's totally changed the hair, too. I'm dark haired and my leg hair used to grow in all black and wirey, and I'm also really pale, so you could see it even under my skin when I shaved. Now it's blonde and very thin. I'm hoping one day if i keep using this thing that the follicles will just give up altogether! I don't think I'll ever go back to shaving.

I used to have one of those hair ripper outer thingies too and I used to call mine the weed wacker. It finally died. I shave everyday. I have black hair so it shows up easy. I can't stand for my legs to get cold, goosebumps make the stubble stand up and I start itching. My legs are so dry. I do like to use conditioner to shave with in the winter. It helps keep my legs nice and smooth and moisturized. I use shave gel in the summer.

I've heard that they're soooo much better than they used to be, so I went out and bout a braun silk epil. I heard such great things about it...
It hurt. A lot. Someone told me that you get used to it, the first couple times is the worst. I couldn't even tough it out long enough to find out, it was that bad.

^^ Yah, one of those, lol. It has three rotating sets of tweezers. It does hurt, I always squeal at first, but it's really not so bad. My hatred of shaving weighs heavier than the pain. I'm quite a masochist though, lol.

I wax once in a month, as I have very few hairs and it is getting lesser month by month.
