So proud of my husband!
Some of you may remember a post I made months ago about how my husband was unhealthy and I didn't know what to do. Well, I took some people's advice of just letting him do his own thing and not nag him.
Just a few weeks ago he told me he was tired of being overweight and unhealthy and had decided to do something about it. He found a (free!) website online that gives you diet and exercise advice from personal trainers. He made his own workout plan based on what he had available to him, which is basically nothing. He made his own weights by filling 64oz juice bottles with water. He even started using some of the workout videos that are in the On Demand free section of our cable tv.
I have noticed a definite change in attitude. He is obviously proud of himself as well, and he is not constantly tired. He is open to eating "healthy food" as well. I just wanted to share his progress with everyone and thank you for your previous advice!

Congratulations to your husband and you. You did the best thing possible by not nagging and letting him make the choice. You sound very supportive and a large part of his success. Through letting him make his own decision to change his lifestyle, he will be more likely to make it permanent.

I'm so glad he's aboard the health train.
