    Default Beachbody

Does anybody else use the beachbody products? I have P90, P90X, Slim in 6, and Power 1/2 hour. I can't wait to preorder Chelen Extreme tomorrow. I just took the plunge and signed up to be a coach. It will cost me $15 monthly to have my own website but you can't beat the 25% discounts and the income. So far I lost 6.6 pounds this past week using P90

I have a few of the Slim in 6 but no beachbody stuff yet. I'd love to find a few those videos at the thrift stores.....

I have many of the beachbody products and I LOVE them.
yes, they're intense, but that's what "I" like and enjoy.
There are wonderful tips & they always encourage you to go at your own pace & not try to keep up with them (until you've gotten to a certain point & then you can even out-do them!)

otherwise, a wonderful series IF you're willing to stick to it & do common sense stuff (ie, stop eating crappy foods).

I love the programs. I"ve lost tons of weight and hit my weight goal until I slacked off. Now i'm back and feeling so much better again. I'm enjoying the coaching and love to talk to everyone weekly and daily answering their questions and keeping not only them but myself motivated.

If you are in need of a coach, check me out! My screen name is CoachJedi and I'm always looking for more people to keep me and themselves motivated.

No i have no need/use for a coach... I am my own "lifecoach"... and dh and I keep one another motivated. And I also help out others (friends/family) with 'motivation' (not necessarily exercise, but other things too.) for free...

    But thanks.

Having a coach and the basic use of site is free, but great for you for motivating others ALSO for free.

p90x is great IF you stick with it...some of them are very hard workouts that make me nauseous by the time i'm done...it takes a while to see results, but if you work it to the fullest, you will get great ones!

My boyfriend does P90X, it is tough but definately worth it. I've seen his results. I'm starting with a mix and when I finally get Charlene Extreme I'll be doing that. Then possibly P90X. Not sure yet. Right now the mix I'm doing is Turbo Jam, P90 Sweat and P90 sculpt and a non beachbody product, 30 Day Shred (Jillian Michaels from biggest loser)
