    Default Blurrpy Tummy.... any suggestions?

I've been having an upset tummy for a couple of days. If this is TMI, stop here!

But it includes gas, burping, and a kind of wavy action of the tummy. Blah!

My mom used to make up a solution of baking soda and water and make us drink it to settle upset tummies. Seems to work fairly well.

I was wondering if you have any homemade concoctions for settling the upset stomach.

7-up and saltines, pepermint always does a nice job. be careful with the baking soda, it works real well but also will raise the hell out of your blood pressure if your not careful!!

Candied ginger slices work great for me! I find them in our local health food store, but reg. grocery stores probably have them too.

Ginger in the capsule form is good as well. I hope you're not coming down with the tummy bug.....
