I thought there was something like this before, but couldn't find it. Would anyone be interested in doing a goup check in on the same day every week? You wouldn't have to put your weight, just what you lost or gained and how your week was. We could start a new "check in" thread every week on the same day. The day doesn't really matter to me, I usually weigh in on Thursday just because it's middle of the week thing, but any day will work. Anyone wanna do this, and if so, what day would work best for you?
I'm in! I'll even post my weight! Might make me feel more accountable if I have to put down a number! I have been officially "weighing" myself on Wednesdays, but any day of the week would be fine with me too!
How about if we set Thursday, January 15th to be our first weigh in? That gives those of us who haven't officially started our healthy lifestyle a couple of days to plan, then a full week of doing it before the first weigh in. I will start a weigh in thread that morning if the day is OK with everyone else. :hurray:this is sooo much cheaper than weight watchers weigh ins!

during the fall fling I found 10 weeks worth of WW coupons that expired in 2006, so uhm, yeah... this will be a whole lot cheaper! I can't weight :lol3: to get started!
