Default What vitamins/supplements do you take?

    I take a Woman's Multi-vitamin
    Vitamin C
    Vitamin D
    Lysine
    Omega 3
    Low dose aspirin

My dr. recommended each one, but I wonder sometimes if I'm taking too much stuff.

I usually take vitamin PBR, but it only comes in 12 oz. cans.

    But I'm unusual anyway.

I take a multi-vitamin and, when I remember, iron supplement. I used to have the whole grocery list of supplements, but I hate taking pills, it was very expensive, and I just kept forgetting to take them all (because I had to space them out throughout the day). So eventually it got whittled down to the multi-vitamin being a necessity, and everything else when I had the time and inclination.

Me too....when I remember. My stomach hurts if I don't take them after I eat, and I seem to forget more often than I should.

I'm looking into taking B12 as well.

    I take:
Vits C, E plus a multi for seniors
Royal Jelly (this stuff rocks helps with aches and pains)
    Selenium
Sea Kelp (to help with thyroid function)
    Magnesium (for heart palpitations)
    Zinc (when I remember)
Subligual B12 (rocks like royal jelly)
It's a handful of pills but even Gripey (who used to gripe when I gave him his) will say after a day or 2 of not having his vit.s - Hey I need my vitamins......I'm tired.
