New Weight Watchers ?
have any one tried or still goes to WW and using the new program? Is there a big difference? When I have went before I have used the points version not the core program....seriously considering going back but just wondered how the new program works and if you like it.....thanks......

I am thinking of joining this week. From what I hear you still need to count points, but the emphasis is on "filling foods" and using your points for those. For example, 2 slices of toast = 4 pts, but you could have an omelette w/mushrooms & strawberries for the same number of points, and it would be more filling.

I don't think it's much different. I'm doing the old 1-2-3 points plan from several years ago, and in the front of my points book is all of the information on filling foods, which is being stressed by the new Momentum program.
