Any tried StriVectin?
I'm REALLY not liking these fine lines that seem to be taking up permanent residence under my eyes...
I saw a product called StriVectin at Costco the other day. It was kinda spendy, but a good sized amount.
Anyway, I'm wondering if anyone has tried it before? Good/bad results?
TIA!!

I tried it and it didn't do much, except relieve me of $100. If you're looking to chase away fine lines, I think overall you'd do better with Vitamin C Serum (you can make your own) or Renova/Retin-A, which you can order inexpensively from Mexico. Proceed with caution though, you need to be very careful about what you use in the eye area.

Kinda wondered if it was just a "dream cream".
I've been using a Loreal' product and it's doing okay...better than several other things I've tried. Was hoping for something that would do a "little more"...KWIM?
I've tried vit C...didn't do much...tried vitamin e...didn't do much.
I've never tried straight Retin-A... I worry about it being so 'potent'?? Is it really safe??
Thanks!

I've been using Renova for about 2 years with few issues. Renova isn't as harsh as Retin-A, but has the same active ingredient. I'd start with .25% and work up from there.
You absolutely have to be sure to use sunscreen. One sunny winter day, I didn't bother to wear sunscreen while working in my kitchen, which has lots of windows and my skin burned and peeled. Lesson learned.

Have you tried Mary Kay? It's much more affordable than StriVectin and has a product guarantee.

Yeah, I've tried Mary Kay... I had a really bad reaction to several different products (kept trying...a friend was selling...trying to be supportive and all). I ended up with cyst-like acne from it (while using it) that left me with BAD acne scarring.
That was years ago... I wish I could find something to get rid of the acne scarring, too!!! I just started trying Mederma on that...says it takes months on old scarring, though.

I'm sorry to hear that. I know the product line has changed in the last few years. I hope you find something that works for you.
