    I am PRE-diabetic. Does that count? I'm new at this stuff and have been reading everything I can find in my local library. I'm now reading The Idiot's Guide to the Glycemic Weight Loss Diet. I know it's it's suppose to make it easy to understand, but I have to keep going back and rereading things, because they don't make sense or register in my head.
