Life is filled with daily challenges that tests our strength and courage. Some days you feel like just a little encouragement would, or could give you a new outlook on life. You find yourself searching for understanding, a word of hope or the courage to face another day. When those days seem to come really often you feel totally defeated, alone, and sad.

I hope to add a comforting quote to this forum daily. May you find comfort, encouraging thoughts, and arms wrapped around you when your feeling alone, lost, or have challenges that seem to beat you up no matter how hard you try. May some of these word warm your heart, comfort and soothe your soul, and please know.....
You don't have to fight the battles alone.

We all have inner strength, and can gain strength with effort. We can all learn from our mistakes, and just making an effort can make a difference. It is when we are wrapped in fear that we have to look deep to find the courage to pull though the tuff days. Its never easy, but with a group of "like minded" people to reach out a hand, offer a life line, offer a listening ear, or a heart felt word of encourage it is a much easier way to pull yourself out of the tuff days and find a brighter tomorrow. Stretch your strenghts, gather you thoughts and find those inner strenghts that you have. You all have them, we just have to look for them and use them!

I hope in some small way these will spark your courage, offer you hope, and let you know you have inner strenghts that can pull you through! And if nothing else may you find warmth, comfort and a friend that understands!

I so agree, its hard to be yourself sometimes.
I have been reading some things on the web about learning to be yourself, they really offer some great pointers and make it easier by giving some step by step ideas. Check out a couple of these websites and see if it helps you, it sure has given me a lot to think about! Hope it gives you some ideas that might help you like it has me.....
