    Default I need input, please

    I am 51 and I'm getting married next Valentines Day in Hawaii!!! I am so excited, but I'm putting alot of pressure on myself. I want a beachworthy body by then. I'm not terribly far off, God has blessed me with a healthy trim body, but I do need to take on a bit of responsibility for the extra 10 lbs and the flab that comes from not exercising enough.
    I don't know where to begin. I don't want to spend money on a gym membership cuz I'm saving for the trip plus paying our house off in two years plus maxing out my retirement fund.
    Where can I find a basic exercise plan? My goals are to tighten up but also to get and stay fit to live a long happy new life with Dave and our families around us.
    So is there a sight online that is for people my age wanting to take health and exercise more serious?
