Who makes your own skin care?

I know that I asked this question at one time, but I think it's been a little while. What skin care or body care items do you make?

Here are a couple of things that I make..

lip balm
sugar scrub
bath fizzies
lavender bath soak

I've made Bath Bombs and Bubble Bath Jelly...I would love to know how you made your lip balm?

I can't say that I make them but I use baking soda for a lot of applications.

I use it as a face and body scrub. It does a great job. As a gift I was given a full treatment at a spa. All they did was comment on my skin. The pedicure lady said my feet were the first that she has never had to "saw" on.

I also use it as a shampoo. It did take a few weeks to "wean off" regular shampoo because shampoo makes your scalp make more oil. It is a win win situation for us.

Here you go..

1 tsp. coconut oil
1 tsp. almond oil
1/2 tsp. grated beeswax

I usually microwave mine for about 1 or 2 minutes and then pour into a little container.

I haven't ever added essential oil to my lip balms, but it's always an option for you.
