IntlMom and update
Thanks for the well wishes.
First of all IntlMom you were right on the nose, Begnin postional vertigo was on the top of the list. I know you are in the middle of moving so will try to bump this so you see it.
Next, my blood pressure is way to high, we uped the medication,
Next, I was dehydrated.. yep, more fluids
Next blood sugar was high,, in for fasting blood test.
LDL, high,,, working on that later...
Now, now in the heck do you live with this, she gave me exercies to do but holy crap, these spells are something else. I am scared to death to drive , I can't bend over or lean or anything... rolling over in bed is a chore in itself!
Anyway I'm doing better, just trying to take it easy until this goes away, if it does... Sounds like a bunch of things caught up with me all at once.Pine trees, with their needles pointing up to heaven, represent everlasting light and life.

I'm glad you're getting some answers! Nothing worse than not knowing what is going on. I hope you feel back to yourself again soon. Take it easy & get lots of rest until you feel 100% again.

Vertigo is no fun. I'm glad you found out what's happening. I had a spell over the winter for about a week. Turns out my blood pressure was too low. Went to the doctor and she took me off of my BP pills and it stopped. I feel much better, I'm glad you are as well.

ahhh, yes.... BPV - how are you doing?
I am doing "better" with mine. No more scary spells, just get generally dizzy for a few moments when I change positions quickly.
The worst for me is when I turn over in bed, or when I bend down to dry my hair and then stand up. The other wierd one for me is when I go the library, I cannot turn my head to the side to read book titles without feeling like I am going to fall over. I have to actually sit down in the aisle to look at the titles.....otherwise.....T--I-M-B-E-R!!!!

Sorry didn't catch this until today.
Glad to hear you are doing better.. Boy you hit this right on the nose.
Being in bed is my worse also. I cannot lay on my left side at all. I'm having problems walking a straight line, other than that just a light headedness, I'm hoping will go away. I still try not to bend my head, even looking down or up will send me spinning.. Oh do I hate that!
Have fun looking for your new home and getting settled. Maybe the warm weather will ake you feel better!Pine trees, with their needles pointing up to heaven, represent everlasting light and life.
