    Made the gazpacho, having a 30 min dog walk and bought a new cookbook that gives lo fat and lo salt versions of each receipe(sp?)

    Been drinking lots of water today. Didn't exercise (raining and cold) but resting my mind and body by doing things today that I like to do. Crocheting and knitting. It is suppose to be nice and warm for the next 5 days so I know I will be busy outside....so today is my day.

    Sounds good, ladies! I stuck with my high fiber, low glucose diet today, much as I had a hankering for a big ole' bagel with butter and cream cheese.

    If someone could keep this thread going for Thursday and Friday, I'd appreciate it, as I'll be in Washington, DC with 280 8th graders! The amount of walking we do there will be my healthy thing for the next two days. I wore a pedometer one year and in two days, I walked 47,000 steps. It's unbelievable!!!
