Blood test for childhood diseases
I just learned this while at the Dr's this week.

There is a blood test for us 'oldsters' that haven't been/weren't vaccinated against the childhood diseases to see if you have immunity to the disease.
My understanding is that they can test for mumps, both kinds of measels, (German and 3 day), and chicken pox.
I had it done this week for mumps and chicken pox. If you are like me you just about panic when you hear that the schools have had an outbreak of one of them.
Might want to ask your Dr. about this. Could relieve some stress next winter.
