Heart
I had something happen this morning that scared the bejeesus outta me.
I was bent over putting my socks on, when I had a pain in my left side of my chest. Pretty severe. I had to actually sit back up, and wait to put on my other sock.
Gradually, it went away. On my way out the door to work, I had to burp a couple times pretty loud.
I'm thinking it was a gas pain, but thought I'd ask if anyone else had something like that happen.

It hasn't happened to me, but I must say, please call your doctor right away. They can take it from there. Leave this one in the hands of professionals.

The worst they can say is you need to be seen, right? So I agree, call the docs. If it's just gas, no biggie, but better to be seen.

Also, the symptoms of women/heart problems aren't the same as men.....they are finally finding out.

It could be some type of reflux/gas because I deal with that and it can mimick those feelings, but yep, get yourself checked out for peace of mind.

I agree with PP's. Call the doctor and get checked out. In the last 8 months I have had a Sinus Attack(not nasal, the heart). The first 2 were in the same month and I had another one about a month ago. My doctor couldn't find anything wrong with my heart but for my peace of mind his Nurse Practitioner did 2 EKG's, an echocardiogram, an MRI, and sent me for a stress test. Everything came back normal, so at least I know it wasn't because of my heart. I have noticed it happens after I eat so I've just tried to really slow down my eating. The money spent was worth knowing I'm ok.
