    Default Apple Vinger in water??

I have been reading about apple vinger in water then you drink it twice a day. I was wondering if anyone drinks this mixture? I have tried it for a couple of days and I am finding that my skin is getting softer already. There is alot of materials on this natural drink and I only have found all positive feedback. I would love to hear some more from everyone.

Are you talking about apple cidar vinegar? Yes it has many wonders and is great for the skin. I got on a kick for a short time taking two straight shots daily. It's good for digestion and some say weight loss and great as a toner.

I tried it for awhile but didn't find it did anything dramatic for me. Most of the things I've read about ACV are positive, but there was some concern about its effect on tooth enamel. I would think mixing it with water would lessen that effect, but don't know that for sure.

May sound silly, but what if you drank the cider/water mixture through a straw so it wouldn't touch the enamel? Would like to hear the experiences of others too as to the effects of ACV.

That doesn't sound silly at all - it's a very good question! I don't normally drink from a straw so that never even occurred to me.

Hard on tooth enamel but a great diuretic.........never heard the stuff about skin.

I can notice the diuretic part when I even have it in/on food....such as spinach.

That's good to know...I retain water like a big dog around TOM and my weigh ins around then can be so aggravating. Will try this and see if it helps me.

Thank you for the post from everyone. I have always drank several glasses of water each day and yes it helps your skin but this makes your skin feel different. As I was reading the stories from the other web site people did drink the water through a straw and it did not bother their teeth.

That is the web site that I learned ACV from. I had sinus trouble for about a week and nothing was taken care of it so I drank two glasses one in the morning and one at night and then my sinus broke free. I am going to keep drinking atleast one glass a day.

When feeling iffy - as in like a cold or something is settling in OR I have a sore through/cough, chesty thing - I would glug a bit into the bottom of a mug, add 1/2 mug of boiling water and a tiny dollup of honey. Stir well and sip on it for relief, the warmth soothes. Also have it before bed, like you would a 'neo citran' type drink.

I use ACV on salad in dressings, sometimes on my oven baked fries or straight up 1 tbsp in am and one in pm. However I didn't notice a big change....felt something but just wasn't sure what.

I do this too when I feel the start of something coming on. This is the brand we use http://bragg.com we also use the liquid aminos in place of soy sauce. Just started using the nutritional yeast to help my two vegetarian DDs get enough B vitamins.
