I don't know that website. I eat alot of raw, but not 100%. My fridge can't accomodate it...lol. Plus my family would revolt. I love green smoothies. Love them. Not hard, brainless food to make. I liked this site:

I do need to get back to the green smoothies and the salad lunches. I was practicing raw all day other than herbal tea or coffee, until supper.

Thanks for the link, I'll be sure to check it out. Right now my goal is just to start with green smoothies. I'll work on going raw a little more and more each month. Slow & steady so I can make it a habit.

I'm curious ~ what kind of blender did you use for your green smoothies? The website I listed above claims that a regular old kitchen blender does not make a palatible smoothie. She really really pushes the BlendTech, and while I'd love to own one someday, they are $400 and just not in the budget right now.

Smoothies are a great way to get greens in. In bulk. It's easy and it doesn't take some high power blender. I would die eating raw...but smoothies is a great way to throw in 6 bananas, berries, and all kinds of greens and drink it.

You can actually buy green smoothies now. (of course not as good as the really raw stuff, but I am lazy.)

I have several on-line friends that live raw. I would just need a potato chip break sometimes.
