Hospital

So I have been hospitalized for two weeks due to my mood being so low, my meds not working as well, and self cutting. I am home on an overnight to see how things go. I got up and cut this morning. I had a panic attack yesturday. I really want to come home, but I don't think they will let me now. My ex is being very supportive and has been staying at my place taking care of DD and my dog. I am still obessive about cleaning and germs. My obessive thinking is a problem. Now they are also telling me I need to go to the eatting disorders clinic. There is so much more going on I wouldn't even know where to start. I am so disapointed in my self.

I am so sorry you are going through this. It can take a long time to get through something like this so please be patient with yourself.

Take things one moment at a time and try to hand some of it over to your Higher Power.

But DON'T BE!!........put it behind you and keep trying. As long as you have given it the BEST SHOT you can do at this time, that is all that you can do. You FAIL when you quit TRYING!!

I am so very proud of you! You are an amazing person and standing up and asking for help is something STRONG people do. Let the doctors & therapists help you, please. They will take very good care of you until you are able to care for yourself.

**hugs** I am so sorry that you are having a difficult time with things. I have some OCD issues and I know they aren't easy to control or live with. I hope you get to a place in your life where you are in control and your issues aren't controlling you. And, I know how hard it is to get to that place. I hope it goes a lot faster than it did for me.
