Question How Do You Track Your Health?

Just wondering for those out there with health issues, how do you track them?

This morning I decided to track it all in one place so if there was a problem, I can backtrack and see what was going on during that time period.

Since I have a surplus of empty binders and ruled notepaper I decided to make a simple 'journal' or log of my daily info:

    - wake up time
    - blood sugar reading - plus other readings throughout the day & time
    - blood pressure reading - plus other readings throughout the day & time
    - weight
    - food journal - what I ate & time
    - exercise - if any etc
    - water/fluid intake
    - general notes I will write on bottom: stress level & possible causes, sickness ie cold etc, mood/how I felt that day - if applicable

I hope I can keep this up but this will not only help me track my overall health but will keep me accountable for what I eat and how often I 'move' (ie exercise).

Anyone else do this? Or care to join me in doing this?

I don't track my health, but I track my dad's. I print off a calendar for each month, note his blood sugar readings, which pills he forgot to take and any complaints/issues he may be having. If something doesn't fit in the square I note it on the back with date/time.

It has worked really well for me and has been a God send at his doctors appointments.
