    I tried the vinegar/water/sweetener drink 2 minutes before a lunch of white chili (great northerns & chicken/chilies etc.) and an english peas/asparagus combo. 2 hours after a meal, my book says a person with type 2 diabetes glucose should be 140 or less. Mine was 137!!! This really worked for me.
