I read something on the web last week that a model said to take the stairs 2 at a time to halp firm the buttocks. So I tried it, been doing it all week at work and it's really been no big deal, I already take the stairs rather than the elevator every day, at least 5 - 6 times per day and their are stairs in the parking lot too.

So I asked my husband today, he says it's working, that my bottom is looking rounder.

Just thought I would share for any of you who want to work on that area.
