    Default So I think I am

    losing the battle. I have been fighting going into ER by doing breathing treatment, but I am getting worse. I see my Dr tomorrow at 2pm and more then likely she will put me in the hospital. I'm hoping a shot of steroids will fix it. but I don't think so. I'm not sleeping and all I do is cough. I can't even walk into the kitchen without stopping to catching my breath. I really don't want to be put into the hospital. Plus I am not having any luck with my foot. Its not infected anymore but its still not healing.Thats going on 3 months. I just want to feel better.

    Sorry to hear you are going through this F! Hope you do what you have to do to get better. Let us know what the Dr. says.

    ahhhh, the hospital. The place where I got to order my food, it was delivered to my bed, they gave me great drugs, and I got sleep as much as I wanted to........

    Ah the hospital........hooked up to IV's given steroids blood sugar in the 500's being woke up every 2 hours. lol Evey time I go I'm in 5 or more days......... but if I have to I will go in.

    I hope you can avoid the hospital. But if you have to go I hope it's a short stay. I'll be thinking of you and hoping you get better soon.

    Either way you need to consult w/ a wound care specialist. My DH did and he is quite a bit better for it. You may want to do a couple sessions of therapy to break up scar tissue?? Do you have diabetes.

    Fern take care of yourself, spend the time and effort now to prevent what you can vs trying to reverse its damages later on down the road. I know its hard with the Diabetes. We all want you to get better soon so you can stay here with us, as selfish as that sounds.
