How often do you exercise?
I have always hated to exercise. It's my New Year's resolution to do it at least 3 times per week. Now I'm lucky if I do it once a week

How about you?

Yes, I go to Curves 4 x a week. I do it for my sanity LOL, my weight maitnence, and my heart health.
If I miss, I can feel it in my everyday performance of living.

There was a time that I exercised daily. I need to somehow find that same motivation to do it again. I have been slowly motivating myself to start a new healthier lifestyle come January.
I have that gym membership that I haven't even used in a year.

I was restricted from any lifting or anything strenuous for the first two-three weeks and could start getting back into my daily routine at that point. (inclusive of light exercise) I have my 6 week checkup in a couple of weeks and at that point I should gain permission for a regular workout routine without any restrictions.
As far as my gym membership goes, I thought Gabe had cancelled our memberships, but he said they are still being auto deducted, so apparently we still have them. It seems completely ridiculous to pay and not use the facilities. (for those that don't know my life story LOL Gabe's job has a fitness facility available at a discounted rate for employees)
I could go on weekends, evenings, or early mornings. The thing is if I do get a stairmaster for at home, I won't even bother going to the gym because I really only use a few pieces of equipment there. I mentioned to Gabe that I'd like to do even mall walking with the baby while Zachary is in school.
