just stressed
well ive been running around like a chicken with its head cut off -been trying to stay busy canning ,garden,house work,even went to an auction -everything to stay active and try to keep my mind off food- im still down and i should be happy ive helped some of my friends with some things still i feel empty --why?? i don't know

Marla why do you need to keep your mind off food? Are you keeping your calories too low and are really hungry? I don't know if it applies but I really concentrate on the yummy things I can eat instead of what I can't. Who wants a nasty old twinky etc when I can have a luscious square of 85% dark chocolate etc. Hope that made sense

Do you maybe need a little "me" time? A nice bath, a novel etc???~July 19 saving goal for event $104/$1000

ok here goes im a depressive eater besides a diabetic if i dont try to keep going ill just eat and 4 years ago 1 was 300 pound ugly heifer i dont want to be that fat again im down from a size 26w to a 18 w now but i want to be at least under 200 pounds for my height 5 ft 11 in.i cant have any sweets at all i can have apples but with hardly any teeth left its apple sauce now -no grapes or raisins im going to have to just eat smaller meals and wear off the calories ty for you concern i just get depressed easy and have to deal with it -retired in january and thats a factor too have never had to slow down -trying to find things to help me pass the days

Awww hugs! I'm sure no matter your weight you were never ugly! Congrats on the new size! If I feel really like eating like a pig I pig out on boiled eggs etc. Sure I might eat 4-6 but I sure am full! LOL
