    I saw this on the news today too.

    When dining out I usually drink water with meals even if I do order another beverage. By the time the food arrives I've already gone through one and a half med-lg glasses. I do end up feeling fuller and eating less having a larger doggy bag coming home with me.

    There is some truth to this method

    I also use water in large quantity because water is most benefit for any problem.

    Makes sense to me and it's a great way to get more water in our systems!!

    Even though I've heard of the benefits of 'drink 8 glasses of water daily', never really discipline enough to do that all the time. It seems easier for me to drink more water when I am at work, the washroom is close by. The weekend is harder, when I am running errands or shopping or on the road, hate to look for washrooms.
    Well, I settle in drinking more water when I am at work & at home.
