    thank you fv for all the support while Ive been sick -feel better today and went to the farm and got more apples and some hot peppers to make hot pepper jelly tomorrow

    Hugs. Never had pepper jelly but I always look at it at the Cider Mills.

    What kind of apples are you picking?

    I have tried the pepper jelly and it is great stuff......an interesting taste. I don't like messing with jalapenos............for ANYTHING! Is that what you are making it with??

    fanny im making it with at least 4 kinds of hot peppers and will take pic as soon as i get done --used the canning blue book recipe but just added different kinds of peppers but the weight is still the same in the recipe--thanks for the support when i was sick-still have a little of the cold but i can manage it now--hugs to you and fv
